公司管理人員曾任職于國泰君安投資管理公司、中國銀河金融控股有限責任公司，核心成員參與資本市場投資年限平均超過15年。公司擁有中國證監會認可的新股IPO詢價資質，已在銅陵及蘇州兩地設立了四支私募股權投資基金，并與當地國有投資公司或引導基金開展深度合作。管理資產規模超過30億，陸續投資了包括艾隆科技、開拓藥業、潔雅生物、徠木電子、廈門金達威等多家高科技企業或上市公司。

SIP Joinne MingYuan Venture Capital was established in 2014 at Wisdom Center in Suzhou Industrial Park. The company is rooted in SIP relying on the concept of technology and finance. SIP Joinne MingYuan Venture Captial adheres to corporate culture: “The Power of One, The Spirit of Devotions, The Birth of Innovations, The Value of Synergy”. With the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, we have been actively helping enterprises to use the capital market, serving the industry and contributing to the society. We continue to help the invested companies prepare for opportunities and challenges in the changing marketplace.
The company's management members have worked for Guotai Junan Investment Management Co., Ltd. and China Galaxy Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., while three core members participated in the capital market investment for an average of over 15 years. The company has IPO quotation qualifications approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission. It has established four private equity investment funds in Tongling and Suzhou, and has deep cooperation with local state-owned investment companies or guiding funds.
During the Chinese National Day of 2018, Joinne Investment (Suzhou) Fund appeared in New York Times Square, and launched a RMB fund promotional film on the famous NASDAQ screen to celebrate its motherland’s birthday and cheer for China!
